White-label products are bought by one company and used by another company's customers, which means the thing being evaluated and the thing being experienced are different products wearing different brands.
One demo cannot serve that.
Not your brand, and not an obviously fake one. Invent a credible company in your buyer's own market and brand the demo as them, so the buyer is looking at something that resembles what they would ship.
This is where personalisation earns its keep: a demo carrying the prospect's own company name in it makes the point instantly and gets remarked on in the meeting.
Logo and colours are assumed. The questions that decide deals are the ones about the edges: the login page, transactional emails, the URL, the mobile app name, the support footer.
Demo the ones you support and be plain about the ones you do not. A buyer discovering your domain in a customer-facing email after signing is a serious problem.
Your customers have to sell this to their customers. A demo they can rebrand and forward is a sales asset you provide, and it is a real reason to choose you over a competitor who leaves them to make their own.
That is a genuinely different artefact from your sales demo, and worth building once you have a few partners.
