Teams integrations tend to be wanted by a team and gated by IT, in organisations where installing anything is a process rather than a click.
The demo therefore has two jobs, and most only do one.
The notification, the card, the thing someone can do without leaving the conversation. That is what makes a team want it, and wanting it is what starts the approval.
Keep this short. The people who need convincing here are convinced quickly or not at all.
Enterprise evaluations move slowly and pass through people who were on no call. The demo has to introduce itself and stand without narration.
A PDF export is worth having, because some organisations will not open an external link at all and a broken artefact is worse than a plain one.
Teams conversations are corporate communications and often confidential. Use a test tenant with invented colleagues and a plausible-looking channel.
Invent names that fit the market you sell into. A channel of obvious placeholders undercuts a demo aimed at a serious organisation.
