In a technical-plus-commercial founding pair, one person knows exactly what the product does and the other is the one describing it to customers all day.
That gap causes a specific and repeated cost: the commercial founder demos a product they have never used properly, and the technical founder gets interrupted to answer questions asked in a meeting yesterday.
The builder assumes more is obvious than is. The seller learns the product through the two or three flows they have seen, and quietly avoids everything else on calls.
Neither notices, because the failure looks like a deal that did not close for an unrelated reason.
A recorded flow is something the commercial founder can watch twice, pause, and rehearse against — none of which is possible when the knowledge lives in another person's head and that person is busy.
It also means they can send it mid-conversation instead of promising to find out and following up two days later.
Everything you record here works again for the first salesperson, the first support hire and the first contractor. Doing it once for a cofounder is doing it once for everybody who comes next.
The alternative is the same knowledge transferred verbally, one person at a time, forever.
