Carrd is the fastest way to put a landing page up, and it is a common choice for a first product page or a launch.
It also has real constraints, and knowing them before you design the page saves an afternoon.
Carrd's Embed element is a Pro feature. If you are on the free tier there is no way to put an iframe on the page, and no workaround worth attempting.
The subscription is inexpensive and it is still worth asking whether you need it, because the alternative on Carrd is genuinely good.
A Carrd page is short by nature. A screenshot of the product with a prominent "See it working -- 60 seconds, no signup" button gets people to the demo without an embed at all.
On a one-pager this often performs better than embedding, because an embed takes a large share of a page that only has room for a few things.
If this Carrd page is for a launch, the visitor arrived from a post and has seconds of patience. The demo should be your shortest one, and the page should ask for one thing.
A page with an embedded demo, an email form, a feature list and three links asks for four things and gets none of them.
Click through it — the same kind of demo you can record of your own product.
